My team and I have only one goal in this post-mortgage meltdown industry, and that is to make sure our customers are walked through the mortgage process in a way that allows them to make decisions that best fit their current circumstances and future financial goals! We believe that communication, transparency and honesty is the way to accomplish this goal for our borrowers so that they are customers for life! Sandy Richards, Branch Manager & Senior Mortgage Advisor
Sandy is a licensed mortgage advisor has been a mortgage advisor since 2011, has been in the real estate related field since 1993 and she has a BS degree in Business Management. She understands that each borrower’s circumstances are different and there is no such thing as a One-Size-Fits-All loan program. Her greatest strength is problem solving, and with all the changes and challenges in mortgage lending it is imperative to know and understand all the different mortgage guidelines and what will work for each individual borrower. She truly cares about each customer and they are not just a loan to her, they are much, much more.
Sandy and her husband, Steve, have three grown and married children who have given them their seven amazing grandchildren. They love to hike, cook, spend time with family and friends, and are involved in serving at their church.
Steve Richards, Branch Operations Manager
Steve is a licensed mortgage advisor and has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. Steve has a BS degree from ASU in Business Management, and second BS degree from ASU in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of AZ also. For our branch, Steve takes on all the compliance and loan process activities of each file to ensure that all the many, many laws, rules and guidelines are met in the timeframes we have for closing. Steve is very detailed in the process, and our team of mortgage advisors are very grateful to have him on our team to ensure the paperwork, underwriting and closing go smoothly! One of Steve’s greatest passions and joys in life besides his family is serving and working with Special Needs Adults at his church.
